Every summer
Kids Camp
A week of camp for kids who have finished kindergarten through 6th grade, from churches all across the Southern Florida District.
Next summer
Dates, registration, and forms for next summer's camp.
They'll be posted here as soon as they're set. Online registration is on the way, so there are no paper packets to fill out.
What kids do at camp
- Swimming, a waterslide, kayaks, and inflatables
- Crafts, crazy games, movies, and a talent show
- A bonfire with s'mores (and plenty of snacks)
- A mission project, so kids learn to serve
- A camp t-shirt to take home
Kids worship together, hear stories from God's Word, and make friends from churches across the district. And parents get a quiet week at home.

Getting ready for camp
These come from the 2026 camp policies. Next summer's details will be posted with registration and may change.
For parents
Pack: water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, Bible, toiletries, pillow and bedding or a sleeping bag, swim and shower towels, modest clothing, tennis shoes, water shoes, a rain poncho, a one-piece swimsuit, a flashlight, and anything for that year's theme nights (announced with registration). Label everything with your child's name.
Leave at home: money, electronics, phones, fireworks, and pocket knives.
- Medication: put it in a clear bag with your child's name, plus a 3×5 card listing the medicine, dosage schedule, and instructions. The camp nurse keeps all medication.
- Lice check: every camper and volunteer is checked before staying at camp, so please check at home first.
- Mail call: send letters with your church's camp coordinator, labeled with your camper's name, church, and delivery day (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).
For churches sending campers
- Counselors: send at least one counselor for every 5–8 campers, with enough men and women to cover your boys and girls.
- Volunteer screening: every staff volunteer needs a background check and a MinistrySafe training certificate, with no exceptions, plus pastor and employer/professional recommendations.
- Consent forms: each camper needs a parental consent and release form. In 2026 these were signed and notarized.
- Payments: church checks are made payable to "Southern Florida District."
